Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 8:50 a.m. Senator Eaton presented S.F. 266, Mental health behavioral aide level II certification program. Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 266 be recommended to pass to the Finance Committee and recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED. Testifiers: Sue Abderholden, NAMI Senator Wiklund presented S.F. 654, Miscellaneous health care and medical assistance (MA) provisions modifications. Senator Sheran moved the A-6 Amendment. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 654 be recommended to pass as amended to Finance Committee and recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 373 as amended be recommended to pass to the Finance committee and recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Franzen moved that S.F. 115, be recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 699, be recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1510: Senator Eken: Hospital for children with disabilities medical assistance (MA) payment rates modification.



Senator Eken moved that S.F. 1510, be laid on the table.

S.F. 1472: Senator Carlson: Health-related licensing board appropriations.


S.F. 762: Senator Hoffman: Medical assistance (MA) income eligibility, excess income standard, and seniors and persons with disabilities asset limit increases; home and community-based services waiver continuance.


S.F. 373: Senator Rosen: Medical assistance (MA) psychiatric consultation to primary care practitioners services expansion.


S.F. 266: Senator Eaton: Mental health behavioral aide level II certification program.

Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 1259, as amended, recommended to pass and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
