Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m. Senator Hayden presented S.F. 111, Jablonski/Rodreick Spinal Cord and Traumatic Brain Injury Grant Program. Senator Hayden offered an oral amendment on line 3.5 after each $ insert “4 million” and on line 3.7 after the $ insert “up to 5%” and delete “shall” and insert “may”. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 111 be recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED.
