Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 8:08 pm.
S.F. 1380: Senator Tomassoni: Northeast regional correctional center (NERCC) improvements grant bond issue and appropriation.

Overview of the Department of Corrections provisions that are in the Governor's bonding bill and are within the Judiciary Division: Asset Preservation, St. Cloud Intake and Health Service, Ownership and Restoration of Lino Lake Buildings. The committee will also individually hear S.F.593 & S.F. 1380 that are included in the Governor's bonding recommendations.
