Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:18 pm.

S.F. 712: Senator Thompson: Prosecuting attorney, judge or commissioner of corrections death penalties modification; prosecuting attorney and judge assault penalties modification.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 712, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 976: Senator Hayden: Nonviolent controlled substance offenders conditional release and treatment program.



Senator Goodwin moved that S.F. 976, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 671: Senator Latz: This will be the Judiciary Omnibus Finance Bill and there will be a delete-all presented.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 671, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1029: Senator Latz: Judiciary, guardian ad litem board, judicial standards board, public defense board, uniform laws commission and sentencing guidelines commission appropriations.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 1029, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.
