Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:19 pm.

S.F. 873: Senator Thompson: Judicial forfeiture prosecutor burden of proof shift; homestead exemption expansion and codification; motor vehicle reclamation.



Senator Goodwin moved that S.F. 873, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 874: Senator Thompson: Judicial forfeiture of property associated with controlled substances offenses and vehicles used in drive-by shootings conviction requirement; administrative forfeiture presumption repeal.
