Senator Terri E. Bonoff called the meeting to order at 3:06 PM.

S.F. 855: Senator Saxhaug: Tribal college supplemental grant assistance authorization and appropriation.



Senator Eken moved that S.F. 855, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 862: Senator Pappas: High school-to-college developmental transition program grants provisions modification.



Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 862, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 548: Senator Miller: Free educational, instructional, and training courses regulation exemption.



Senator Miller moved that S.F. 548, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
