Senator Koenen moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on March 14, 2013 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1225: Senator Stumpf: Dental service providers income and franchise tax subtraction authorization.
S.F. 1237: Senator Dibble: Domestic corporation definition expansion to foreign corporations in tax havens.
S.F. 526: Senator Dziedzic: Higher education scholarship incentive income tax credit.
S.F. 524: Senator Koenen: Student loan income tax credit.
S.F. 732: Senator Koenen: Volunteer first responder income tax credit establishment.
S.F. 1301: Senator Koenen: Railroad track maintenance expenditures income tax subtraction.
S.F. 1095: Senator Koenen: Income tax credit for long-term unemployed individuals establishment.
