Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:11 pm.

S.F. 370: Senator Newman: Assisted reproduction paternity and maternity determinations modifications.



Senator Goodwin moved that S.F. 370, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION FAILED.

S.F. 1450: Senator Marty: Child support services discontinuance authorization.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 1450, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 614: Senator Nienow: Crime of wildlife arson involving multiple dwellings, acreage or crop damages penalty increase; restitution provisions modification.
