Senator Kathy Sheran called the meeting to order at 12:09pm.

S.F. 831: Senator Koenen: Medical assistance (MA) critical access dental providers criteria expansion.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 831, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 123: Senator Lourey: Critical access dental provider requirements modifications.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 123, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1297: Senator Eaton: Chemical and mental health and state operated services policy and technical provisions modifications.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 1297, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 762: Senator Hoffman: Medical assistance (MA) income eligibility, excess income standard, and seniors and persons with disabilities asset limit increases; home and community-based services waiver continuance.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 762, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1158: Senator Lourey: Continuing care provisions modifications; home and community-based services redesign; nursing facility admission and maltreatment provisions modifications; community first services and supports (CFSS) medical assistance state plan option establishment.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 1158, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1159: Senator Lourey: Children safe and healthy development, child care programs, human services licensing, background studies, foster care, and Minnesota family investment program (MFIP) modifications; Northstar Care for Children Act.
