Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:12 pm.

S.F. 827: Senator Latz: Revisor\'s bill.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 827, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1014: Senator Sheran: Sex offender program provisional discharge and victim notification of offender discharge or release provisions modifications.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 1014, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 778: Senator Pappas: Family Child Care Providers Representation Act; individual providers of direct support services representation authorization. We will ONLY be discussing and taking testimony on Art. 2, Sec.1, Subd. 9 & Art. 2, Sec. 2, Subd. 11 (f) & (g).
