Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 11:22 am. Senator Bakk declared a quorum was present.

S.F. 715: Senator Bonoff: Omnibus higher education bill.



Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 715, be re-referred to the Committee on Higher Education and Workforce Development Policy and Budget Division. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 845: Senator Schmit: Omnibus agriculture appropriations.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 845, be re-referred to the Committee on Jobs, Agriculture, and Rural Development. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 53: Senator Reinert: Tax expenditure advisory commission establishment; tax expenditures review and sunset provisions.
