Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:12pm. Senator Marty will Chair as Senator Sheran is presenting a bill in another committee. “A quorum is present”

S.F. 373: Senator Rosen: Medical assistance (MA) coverage extension to psychologist consultation.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 373, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 379: Senator Sieben: Bisphenol-A food containers sale prohibition.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 379, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 357: Senator Rest: Formaldehyde in products for children prohibition (Senator Scalze will present the bill).



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 357, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 466: Senator Eaton: Children exposure to harmful product chemicals protection; priority chemicals identification criteria modification; manufacturers disclosure requirement; children\'s products prohibited sales.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 466, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.
