Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 6:10 pm.

S.F. 683: Senator Rest: Certified public accountant (CPA) services private detective licensing exemption.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 683, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 357: Senator Rest: Formaldehyde in products for children prohibition.



Senator Dziedzic moved that S.F. 357, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 534: Senator Latz: Sexual abuse civil actions limitation period modification.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 534, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 523: Senator Champion: Employers criminal history reliance for job applicants limitations and remedies imposition.

Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 385, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 211 will be a contiuation from Feb. 26 and S.F. 385 was added.
