S.F. 386: Senator Saxhaug: State general levy increase; school district referendum market value definition modification; seasonal recreational property tax capacity repeal.

S.F. 576: Senator Skoe: Education advancement revenue establishment and appropriation.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 576, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 177: Senator Skoe: Education finance equalization aid levels for operating referendum and debt service equalization aid programs modification.



Be laid over.

S.F. 569: Senator Hoffman: Equalization levies increase and indexing authorization for property tax relief.
