Present: Senator Ron Latz - Chair, Senator Richard Cohen, Senator Kari Dziedzic, Senator Dan D. Hall, Senator Warren Limmer, Senator Julianne E. Ortman, Senator Kathy Sheran

Absent: Senator Barb  Goodwin - Vice Chair

Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:09 pm. Senator Barb Goodwin has been excused from committee.

S.F. 17: Senator Marty: Resolution requesting Congress to propose a constitutional amendment and, if Congress does not propose an amendment, applying to Congress to call a constitutional convention to propose an amendment clarifying the rights protected under the Constitution.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 17, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 211: Senator Dibble: Public employees unauthorized access to data enhanced penalties and reporting requirements.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 211, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 385: Senator Dibble: Automated license plate readers data classification.



Not heard, laid over.

S.F. 210 has been REMOVED from the agenda at the author's request.
