S.F. 410: Senator Clausen: Adult high school diploma requirements standardized and advisory task force establishment. Testifiers: 1. Scott Croonquist, Exec. Dir., Assoc. of Metropolitan School Districts 2. Randy Clegg, Superintendent, Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 3. Vicky Roy, Community Volunteer, Chair of the Burnsville Community Literacy Committee, and former Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School Board Member. 4. Tom Umhoefer, Director of Community Education, Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District Senator Clausen moves that, S.F. 410 (Clausen) Adult high school diploma requirements standardized and advisory task force establishment, be recommended to pass as amended and be re-referred to the State and Local Government Committee. MOTION PREVAILED. S.F. 419: Senator Clausen: School district compensatory revenue use for early education efforts and parental outreach authorization. Senator Clausen moves the A1 amendment. MOTION PREVAILED. Testifiers: 1. Tom Cytron-Hysom, Legislative Chair, The Literacy Action Network 2.
