Senator Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. A quorum is present. SF 366 (Eaton) - Students in approved recovery programs additional funding sources creation and appropriation. Testifiers: 1. Traci Bowermaster, Insight Program/White Bear Lake ALC 2. Paul McGlynn, Sobriety High Charter School 3. Valerie Dosland, lobbyist, Ewald Consulting Senator Franzen moves that, SF 366 (Eaton) - Students in approved recovery programs additional funding sources creation and appropriation be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. MOTION PREVAILED. Overview of the Integration Revenue Replacement Advisory Task Force Report Testifiers: 1. Eric Nauman, Senate Chief Fiscal Analyst 2. Presentation by Bob Erickson, Lakeville School Board Member and Integration Revenue Replacement Advisory Task Force Member. 3.
