Senator Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 12:09 p.m. A quorum is present SF 547 (Bonoff) - Teacher licensure testing requirements clarification. Testifiers: 1. Patrick O’Halloran, parent Senator Dahle moved SF 547 (Bonoff) - Teacher licensure testing requirements clarification, to be recommended to pass. SF 262 (Johnson, A.) - School districts safe schools levy proceeds use authority for mental health professionals collaboration and appropriation. Senator Johnson moves the A1 amendment. The motion prevails and the amendment was adopted. Motion is adopted. Testifiers: 1. Sandra Lewandowski, Supt., Intermediate School Dist. 287 2. Jeff Ronneberg, Supt., Spring Lake Parks School Dist. Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 429, be laid over.

S.F. 262: Senator Johnson: School districts safe schools levy proceeds use authority for mental health professionals collaboration and appropriation.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 262, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
