Senator Koenen moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on February 20, 2013 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
Presentation on PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES FOR STATE NATURAL RESOURCES LANDS Report
S.F. 387: Senator Saxhaug: Local government aid (LGA) natural resources lands in lieu tax payments inflation adjustments.
S.F. 477: Senator Eaton: Miscellaneous income and franchise, property, sales and use taxes technical and clarifying provisions modifications.
S.F. 476: Senator Dziedzic: Tax policy provisions modifications.
