Senator Skoe moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on February 13, 2013 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 393: Senator Limmer: Maple Grove soil deficiency tax increment financing (TIF) district authorization.
S.F. 472: Senator Koenen: Public safety radio communication systems sales tax exemption expansion.
S.F. 63: Senator Westrom: Public safety radio equipment sales tax exemption expansion.
S.F. 326: Senator Rest: Motor vehicle paint and materials sales tax imposition clarification.
