Senator James P. Metzen called the meeting to order at 12:05. Presentation Carl Hammersburg Handout: Deducting and Reducing Insurance Fraud In Minnesota. $125 to $175 billion annually in fruad nationwide (2009). Dahle Bill 294: Mortgage foreclosure consultant services modification. Testimony Ron Elwood. In favor of the bill. Dahle moves SF 294 moved to senate floor as ammended. Unanimous voice vote. Rest 86 Reinert moves to pass 86 amended to finance. Unanimous vote, motion carries. Goodwin 316 Estate sale conductors corporate bond posting requirement. Recommended to pass to judiciary. Unanimous voice vote, motion passes.

S.F. 294: Senator Dahle: Mortgage foreclosure consultant services modification.



Be recommended to pass.

S.F. 86: Senator Rest: Accountancy board provisions modifications; fee increases and licensing provisions modification.



As amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 316: Senator Goodwin: Estate sale conductors corporate surety bond posting requirement.
