Senator Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m. A quorum is present Call to Order Overview of Early Childhood Related Programs by the MN Dept. of Education and the MN Dept. of Human Services Testifiers: 1) Karen Cadigan, Director of the Office of Early Learning, MN Dept. of Education 2) Mary Orr, Director of Child & Family Services, MN Dept. of Human Services SF 260 (Dahle) – Teacher licensure renewal mental illness in children and adolescents recognition requirements modification. Testifiers: Sue Abderholden, MPH, Executive Director, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Minnesota Senator Torres Ray moved to lay over SF 260 (Dahle) – Teacher licensure renewal mental illness in children and adolescents recognition requirements modification, for possible inclusion in Omnibus Education Policy Bill.

Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 260, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
