Senator Sandra L. Pappas called the meeting to order at 3:05 pm

S.F. 191: Senator Rest: Job opportunity building zones (JOBZ) and subsidy agreements audit responsibility change to legislative auditor.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 191, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 237: Senator Pappas: State auditor enterprise fund establishment.



Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 237, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 99: Senator Dibble: Minneapolis and Minneapolis park and recreation board joint dedication fee modification.



Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 99, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 255: Senator Saxhaug: City and town accounting system (CTAS) software development, updating and appropriation.
