Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 119: Senator Skoe: Income, franchise and property tax refund provisions conformance for tax year 2012.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 119, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.
