Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 9:04 AM.
Senator Eaton moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on February 5, 2013 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 131: Senator Chamberlain: Small business investment tax credit provisions modifications.
S.F. 136: Senator Hayden: Property tax exemption for nonprofit property owned and used by an Indian tribe.
S.F. 140: Senator Dziedzic: Property tax refund program income definition modification.
