Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 9:07 AM.
Senator Koenen moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on January 30, 2013 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
Senator Koenen assumed the chair at 9:10 AM.
S.F. 78: Senator Rest: Capital equipment sales tax exemption authorization.
S.F. 95: Senator Wiger: Capital equipment sales tax exemption at time of purchase authorization.
S.F. 10: Senator Rest: Foreign source royalties repeal and research and development tax credit modification.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 AM.
