Present: Senator Ann H. Rest - Chair, Senator Lyle Koenen - Vice Chair, Senator Kari Dziedzic, Senator Chris A. Eaton, Senator Paul E. Gazelka, Senator Rod Skoe, Senator Dave Thompson

Absent: Senator Julianne E. Ortman
Note: Senator Ortman was excused. Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 9:05 AM. Senator Koenen assumed the Chair at 9:07 AM.

S.F. 35: Senator Rest: Sales and use tax rate reduction; digital products sales tax imposition.


S.F. 34: Senator Rest: Sales and use tax remittance schedule for vendors modifications.
