Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 8:55am. Senator Higgins was excused from Committee.

S.F. 933: Senator Daley: Back Office Consolidation Act.



Senator Nienow moved that S.F. 933, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1983: Senator DeKruif: Construction code fund transfer to the general fund elimination.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1983, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1832: Senator Parry: Help America Vote Act appropriation authorization.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 1832, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 2478: Senator Gazelka: State agencies advisory inspections process establishment.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 2478, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.
