Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 8:51am. Senator Olson was excused from committee.

S.F. 2090: Senator Thompson: State procurement of outside contracts restrictions removal and repeal.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2090, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2326: Senator Pederson: Barbers licensing, fees and regulations modifications and appropriations increase.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 2326, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2304: Senator Bonoff: Sunset advisory commission sunset review changes implementation, administrative procedures and fees modification and appropriation.



Senator Bonoff moved that S.F. 2304, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2558: Senator Robling: Education finance technical updates, education and human services budget forecast adjustments.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 2558, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1402: Senator Wolf: Parenting time presumption increase in joint custody proceedings.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1402, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.
