Senator David H. Senjem called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

S.F. 2403: Senator Limmer: Data practices expedited requests procedure and fee imposition; subcontractor contract filing with government entity requirement.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 2403, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2304: Senator Bonoff: Sunset advisory commission sunset review changes implementation, administrative procedures and fees modification and appropriation.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 2304, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2326: Senator Pederson: Barbers licensing, fees and regulations modifications and appropriations increase.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 2326, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1199: Senator Pederson: Prevailing wage provisions modifications.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 1199, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
