Senator David H. Senjem called the meeting to order at 10:36 a.m.

S.F. 2314: Senator Parry: Resolution memorializing the President and Congress to formally recognize the Khmer Freedom Fighters.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2314, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2304: Senator Bonoff: Sunset advisory commission sunset review changes implementation, administrative procedures, and appropriation; combative sports commission abolishment and duties transfer.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 2304, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2357: Senator Newman: Human services legal, licensing, licensing data and office of inspector general provisions modifications; human services background studies act modification.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 2357, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
