Senator David H. Senjem called the meeting to order at 3:55 p.m.

S.F. 2187: Senator Koch: Resolution urging the President and Congress to enact legislation and take other federal government action related to interim storage of used nuclear fuel.



Senator Michel moved that S.F. 2187, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2206: Senator Carlson: Resolution memorializing the President and Congress to take actions to protect Minnesota\'s lakes, rivers and streams from threats due to invasive Asian carp.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2206, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2482: Senator Olson: Education finance provisions modifications.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 2482, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
