Absent: Senator Terri E. Bonoff, Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen

Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 8:51am. Senators Bonoff and Ingebrigtsen were excused.

S.F. 2112: Senator Jungbauer: Corrections department claims against the state settlement provision and appropriation.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 2112, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

H.F. 2244: Senator Kruse: Permanent school fund advisory committee change into the legislative-citizen permanent school fund commission; permanent school find board establishment; director of trust lands and mineral assets appointment authorization.



Senator Hann moved that H.F. 2244, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2172: Senator Howe: County state-aid highways, municipal state-aid streets, construction support and finance operations contingent appropriation authorization.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 2172, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1734: Senator Gazelka: Damaged vehicle salvage title and damage disclosure modifications.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 1734, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2186: Senator Gerlach: Licensed liquor retailers temporary authority to purchase alcohol without a buyers card.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 2186, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1719: Senator Hoffman: Motorcycle road guard certificate requirement.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 1719, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2321: Senator Gimse: Transportation contracting and procurement alternatives, state aid, traffic regulations, reports, vehicles and titles, school buses, transit fares, studies, and penalties provisions; state road contingent appropriation.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 2321, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
