Senator Gen Olson called the meeting to order at 3:10.
S.F. 2535: Senator Olson: School administrators board duties modifications; fee adjustment authorization. This will be a continuation of the discussion from yesterday.
S.F. 1909: Senator Senjem: Racino establishment and revenue allocation. Testimony will only be heard on the sections of this bill relating to education. Written testimony on all other sections of the bill will be accepted.
S.F. 2515: Senator Senjem: Independent school district debt limits repeal.
H.F. 2291: Senator Nelson: Adult basic education program service disruptions definition and contact hours adjustments process.
S.F. 2460: Senator Harrington: Charter school student populations accountability measures clarification.
