Senator Mike Parry called the meeting to order at 1:10pm.

S.F. 2243: Senator Pederson: Public-private partnership pilot program and regulations for transportation contracts.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 2243, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 1850: Senator Ortman: State employee gainsharing program maximum award amount increase.

S.F. 2464: Senator Limmer: Sex offender sentencing grid modification.
