Senator Mike Parry called the meeting to order at 11:36pm.

S.F. 2313: Senator Hann: Unified personal health premium account authorization and marketplace website task force creation.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 2313, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2478: Senator Gazelka: State government advisory inspections process establishment.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 2478, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2348: Senator Daley: State agencies budget preparation requirements modifications; statewide outcomes commission establishment.



Senator Daley moved that S.F. 2348, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1679: Senator Hall: American Indian advisory council, alcohol and other drug abuse citizens advisory council, traumatic brain injury program advisory committee and American Indian child welfare advisory council expiration dates extension.
