Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting to order at 8:32AM.

S.F. 1701: Senator Kruse: Restaurant sales tax and capital equipment exemption provisions, application of gratuities in minimum wage calculation, and license fees modification (Author intends to delete Sections 3-8).



Senator Lillie moved that S.F. 1701, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 2355: Senator Nelson: Small business investment credit provisions modification.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 2355, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee.

S.F. 1441: Senator Rosen: Redevelopment demolition loans authorization.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 1441, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 2465: Senator Thompson: Workers compensation disability benefit payment provisions modifications.
