Senator Sean Nienow called the meeting to order at 8:45am. Senators Cohen, Hann, Higgins, and Parry were excused.

S.F. 516: Senator Senjem: American Red Cross special motor vehicle license plates.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 516, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1543: Senator Rosen: Medical assistance (MA) community paramedic services reimbursement coverage authorization.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 1543, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1975: Senator DeKruif: Racing commission, gambling control board, and state lottery continuing operations upon government shutdown.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1975, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1911: Senator Gazelka: Freedom to Hunt and Fish Act of 2012.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1911, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
