Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 8:40am.

S.F. 2084: Senator Limmer: Corrections department (DOC) report on performance measures and targets elimination; fugitive apprehension unit search warrant application authorization; challenge incarceration program inmate selection process modification; crime victim notification.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2084, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1960: Senator Gimse: Freight railroad operation study and report requirement.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 1960, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1678: Senator Hall: Public defenders provisions modifications; financial responsibilities outline for children in need of protection services (CHIPS) cases.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 1678, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1843: Senator DeKruif: State park and recreation area appropriation and operation continuation when biennial appropriations have not been enacted.


S.F. 230: Senator Gerlach: Nurse Licensure Compact.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 230, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
