Senator Gen Olson called the meeting to order at 3:13.

S.F. 2058: Senator Chamberlain: Obsolete education statutes repeal.



Senator Chamberlain moved that S.F. 2058, as amended, recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 577: Senator Thompson: Public school employees use of public funds and resources to advocate to pass, elect, or defeat a political candidate, ballot question, or pending legislation prohibition.


S.F. 2059: Senator Nelson: Education staff development reserved revenue allocation requirement elimination.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 2059, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1990: Senator Kruse: Nonpublic pupil textbook aid use expansion.


S.F. 2420: Senator Bonoff: Teacher basic skills examination passage extended time period.
