Senator Doug Magnus called the meeting to order at 1:18 p.m.

S.F. 2258: Senator Magnus: Food law enforcement provisions and miscellaneous agriculture provisions modifications.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 2258, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2061: Senator Magnus: Agriculture provisions modifications; dairy research, teaching, and consumer education authority establishment.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 2061, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 396: Senator Koch: Horses as livestock agricultural classification modification.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 396, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2339: Senator Magnus: Feedlot permit requirements modifications.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 2339, be laid on the table. - MOTION CARRIED.
