Senator Julianne E. Ortman called the meeting to order at 8:37 A.M. QUORUM PRESENT.

S.F. 1831: Senator Ortman: Clarifying limits on taxation, spending and incurring debt based on property market values.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 1831, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1998: Senator Dahms: Modifying the definition of qualified brewer for tax credit.

S.F. 2016: Senator Kruse: Modifying TIF dealing with housing.
