Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m.

S.F. 2216: Senator Magnus: Community energy technical assistance and outreach assessment and grant requirement.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 2216, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2315: Senator Benson: Utility rate pricing method and electric utility low-income affordability program provisions modifications.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 2315, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2098: Senator Sparks: Cooperative electric associations integrated resources plan filing requirement exemption.



Senator Sparks moved that S.F. 2098, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 962: Senator Howe: Attached machinery and personal property of electric generation facilities pollution control equipment property tax exemptions modification; class 3 property tax rate modification (NOT HEARD).
