Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting to order at 4:41pm.

S.F. 2082: Senator Michel: Solicitor definition for federal nexus and Internet sales tax purposes.



Senator Michel moved that S.F. 2082, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee.

S.F. 1768: Senator Skoe: Jobs now tax credit; corporate franchise tax decrease; sales and use taxes retailer and solicitor presumption (NOTE: Committee will consider and hear testimony on Article 3, sales and use taxes, only).
