Absent: Senator Gary H. Dahms, Senator Dan D. Hall, Senator Keith Langseth

Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 3:35pm. Senator Dahms is excused.

S.F. 2206: Senator Carlson: Resolution memorializing the President and Congress to take actions to protect Minnesota\'s lakes, rivers and streams from threats due to invasive Asian carp.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 2206, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2264: Senator Carlson: Clean water assistance grants and University of Minnesota aquatic invasive species cooperative research center appropriations.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 2264, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1560: Senator Pederson: Public waters conservation rate structure requirement elimination.



Senator Pederson moved that S.F. 1560, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1943: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Game and fish provisions modifications.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1943, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
