Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 2:20pm. Quorum present.

S.F. 1675: Senator Benson: Adoption, family services, Minnesota family investment plan (MFIP), and diversionary work program (DWP) modifications; child maltreatment review panel repeal.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1675, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2114: Senator Newman: Child support 20-year survival judgements provisions elimination.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2114, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2148: Senator Fischbach: Fire departments establishment moratorium.
