Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:05 pm. Senator Jungbauer excused. Quorum present.

S.F. 1689: Senator DeKruif: Veterans waiver of immunity to sue state for Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) violations; veteran-owned small businesses set aside program modification; veterans reemployment rights protections extension.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1689, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2106: Senator Marty: Office of administrative hearings judge authority to perform marriages.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2106, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1678: Senator Hall: Public defenders provisions modifications; financial responsibilities outline; appellate process working group establishment.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 1678, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
