Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 3:11 p.m.

S.F. 1918: Senator Chamberlain: Energy forward pricing mechanisms for government agencies provisions modifications.



Senator Brown moved that S.F. 1918, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2181: Senator Rosen: Renewable development account regulation.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 2181, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
