Senator Joe Gimse called the meeting to order at 1:03PM.

S.F. 1734: Senator Gazelka: Motor vehicle salvage title regulation and damage disclosure modification.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 1734, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1416: Senator Fischbach: Manufactured home unaffixment from real property process establishment.



Senator DeKruif moved that S.F. 1416, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2172: Senator Howe: County state-aid highways, municipal state-aid streets, construction support and finance operations contingent appropriation authorization.
