Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 3:10pm. Senator Miller is excused until 3:45pm.

Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1830, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
